Random Triangular Sinusoid
Acrylic on canvas
24" h x 36" w
1995
Like Random Triangular I, this painting is also based on a Delaunay triangulation. The seed vertices are points from a series of sinusoidal functions with regular x-axis spacing. This regular spacing creates the vertical lines in the picture. Some people see a scary clown face, but that part wasn't intentional.
